Each Isma Art Studio artwork is handcrafted and may show slight variations in color, texture, or finish — this is part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade art.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe).
Your payment information is protected and never stored on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed from our studio in Morocco.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
7. Returns and Refunds
As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our support team will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, artworks, text, design, and logos — is the exclusive property of Isma Art Studio and protected by international copyright laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.
